SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand orders are sent using PBT Couriers. Shipments from BKK Hooks NZ are fully tracked. We will always endeavour to deliver to you overnight, however it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Rural addresses will typically be an additional 1-2 business days.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please email sales@pacifictackle.co.nz with your order number and contact details.

NOTE: We cannot deliver to PO BOXES. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we are unable to ship to international addresses.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express etc), via our secure payment gateway Stripe.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to refund or exchange purchases that arrive faulty, incorrect, or otherwise not up to scratch. If you simply change your mind on a purchase, you may return your item for a refund provided that the item is in original condition, unopened, unused, and within 30-days of purchase.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event goods are returned due to a fault or dispute - you will need to meet the cost of the return shipping to BKK Hooks New Zealand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (at our discretion):

• Your item is not in it’s original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund please contact us to confirm the payment has been refunded from our end.

If the refund has been made, you may need to contact your bank and credit card company. Keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund appears in your account. This should be a day or two, however, may be up to 5 working days.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again at sales@pacifictackle.co.nz.

• SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

• EXCHANGES

SHIPPING A RETURN

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BKK Hooks NZ, Unit 8, 4 Ashley Place, Papamoa, Tauranga, 3118

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We hold no responsibility for refund or replacement if your returned item does not arrive.
